I felt bad as we walked up almost as soon as they opened for the day, but staff were super friendly about it. One of the team suggested the Trabzon Pide, as one of their most popular dishes and a personal favourite of hers and oh wow did it live up to the recommendation!! The lamb and beef mix was so flavourful with the spices used and the bread was nice and crispy! It was also nice being able to sit back, out of the summer heat and local rush. I feel obliged to leave a review following some less positive previous reviews. This concept is perfect for workers or students looking for a clean and nourishing meal that will not cause the afternoon slump (since it is balanced with protein, fibre and complex carbs, with limited oil and salt). Previous reviews have mentioned the food is bland. I have to disagree - think it's perfectly seasoned.
